Visibility scan privacy

What we collect

• Brand name, domain, aliases, submitted prompts, and generated scan results.
• Your work email and optional first name when you request report delivery.
• Operational metadata such as timestamps, request identifiers, error codes, and coarse abuse-prevention signals.

Do not submit medical information, customer data, account credentials, confidential material, or other sensitive personal information.

How we use it

• Run the requested scan and create a shareable report.
• Deliver the report by email and follow up about that specific report.
• Protect the service from abuse, diagnose failures, and understand aggregate funnel performance.

Submitting a report email does not subscribe you to general marketing. Any marketing consent must be requested separately.

Service providers and public links

Vera may use hosting, database, transactional email, and model web-search providers to process the request. The visibility funnel launch stack includes Railway, Resend, and OpenAI. These providers process only the information needed for their part of the service.

Anyone with a scorecard link can view that report. Reports do not display the submitted email or name and are marked not to be indexed by search engines, but you should still treat the link as shareable.

Retention and deletion

Public scorecards expire after 30 days. Lead contact records expire after 90 days. Operational security records may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to investigate abuse or service failures.

To request earlier deletion, reply to the scorecard email or contact [email protected]. We will use the address associated with the request to verify and process it.

Scan limitations

The visibility scan is directional research. It is not a comprehensive ranking, compliance assessment, or guarantee of how any named AI product will describe or recommend a brand.
